Great location for exploring, lovely walk-in shower in the room, and the pool was a nice touch. Definitely convenient parking.

Felt cozy, no complaints.

Arriving for our anniversary, we were thrilled to find our room upgraded, complete with heart-shaped towel swans and complimentary snacks. The room was exceptionally cozy, making it hard to leave. However, the dining experience was disappointing. the fish and chips were inadequate, served cold. Staff service varied significantly, with some being friendly while others seemed disinterested, detracting from an otherwise lovely stay.

The swimming pool was great, not too crowded and the changing rooms were very clean. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive, especially when they made a special effort for one of our birthdays which made the stay extra memorable.

It was on the pricey side but acceptable for what we got.

Had a great time at the pool, clean and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Petra the Manager was a gem, dealt with our complaints about the facility use and even gave us free drink vouchers.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for the comfort.

Request extra pillows upon arrival. it may take time to be delivered.

Had an awesome time with friends! It’s a great base to explore the historic sites and coastline. The pool was fantastic after a day out. Just a heads-up for breakfast, it can be a bit slow getting seated, so go early to avoid a wait!

The experience included a comfortable bed and tasty creative dishes from the bar menu, which enhanced the stay. the thin, uninviting towels detracted from the overall quality. Noisy plumbing and staff chatter during early hours interrupted sleep, and the lack of attentive service at breakfast was disappointing.

I had a lovely evening snuggled up in a cozy Family Room, and the indoor swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind. The breakfast spread had some decent options, though I wish the hot plates were warmer. Overall, everything was great, but the coffee could use a little love. ☕

This hotel suits me perfectly. I love the indoor pool, 24-hour reception, and great wi-fi. The staff once helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. A refreshing welcome drink upon arrival is a plus! I'll definitely return for a romantic escape.

I had a great stay with a lovely room which made exploring the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Northernhay Gardens, both just a short walk away, so easy and enjoyable.
